We spent yesterday at the GRCM (Grand Rapids Children’s Museum). I had never taken Zach there and he had tons of energy to burn off so we packed up and went. When we first got there Zach spent more time on the stairs than anything. He just kept going up and down and up and down. But after about 15 minutes he started to relax a little and went to explore the other areas of the building. It was so much fun watching him run around and play with the other kids. He built towers with magnetized nuts and bolts, made huge bubbles in tubs of soapy water, built with Lego’s, put balls in shaped mazes on the walls, worked on puzzles, and so much more. We spent three hours there and Zach still hadn’t had enough. He threw a fit when it was time to leave but calmed down once we started walking to the car. Afterwards we stopped and had dinner in G.R. and then picked up Tyler, Laurie had to work last night. All in all it was a great day and we had tons of fun. It’s definitely something we will do again.
Here are a few of the pictures I took yesterday.
